Paula King has always had a passion for the creative field. Starting out young, she wrote stories and plays that she enjoyed acting out with her friends and family. She would also write music and is a self-taught instrumentalist. After growing up in NY, she pursued her Music degree in voice and then her Masters In Commnication from The University of Hartford, CT.

Paula brings a decade of experience in divergent industries that include non-profit, higher education, retail, manufacturing and construction to bear in her marketing and communications work. She honed her talents over the next 15 years in her own consulting firm. Our clients benefit from her diverse skills that include project management, budgeting, public relations, internal and external communications, creative, video editing, voice-over and event planning.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time outside with her family and friends, create music and help in her community.

Paula handles social media for all of our clients and keeps the rest of the team on task.

As a native North Carolinian Susanne Shaw had the good fortune to grow up in a small town between the mountains and the beach. With an English degree from the University of Virginia, she went on to work in sales and marketing, then communications and public relations throughout her professional career.

Susanne enjoys the challenge of taking on projects in a variety of businesses ranging from non-profits to tech companies to home businesses selling dog treats. Learning about the people she writes for and the work they are passionate about is her inspiration. Telling their story, and yours, in other words, is her super power.

When not in front of her computer, she and her husband enjoy biking, hiking and spending time with their two adult children and mates, their grandkids and their hound dog. They are staunch supporters, win or lose, of the Boston Red Sox, mainly because they met at Fenway Park on a blind date. Over 30 years later, they are still part of the Fenway faithful.

Victoria Balfe makes our clients’ materials come to life. An experienced graphic designer who honed her skills as the Art Director of national, regional and local magazines, she understands how to transform a client’s vision into a breathtaking reality - that gets results!

Heidi Koch is one of those lucky individuals who doesn’t know what she wants to do when she grows up. Embodying the spirit of the J.R.R. Tolkien quote, “Not all those who wander are lost,” she has found success in many roles. Through her meandering career in corporate America, she has worked in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Communications. She is also a part-time Realtor, professional editor, and writer. Heidi loves to hone her artistic talents through designing logos and creating marketing materials for local small businesses. She is passionate about helping people tell their story to the world and recently launched Booked for Good as a Facebook platform to do just that.

Heidi and her family live in northeast Ohio and are huge Cavs fans, struggling Browns fans, faithful Tom Hamilton fans, and hopeful Guardians fans. Northeast Ohio has a lot to offer, but it’s all about the sports, obviously! Heidi enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out at the pool, going to local concerts in the park, and traveling to warmer climates as needed. She has a son in high school, soon to transition to college, and is a dog mom to two red labs.
